If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from purchasing any courses. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued engagement with our platform constitutes absolute acceptance of any updated conditions.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access purchased courses for your own educational and practical purposes. Account sharing, recording, downloading, copying, distributing, or reselling any platform content is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized credential sharing or commercial distribution compromises the platform's integrity and will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund, and we reserve the right to pursue further statutory damages under the law.

All videos, audio, text, graphics, checklists, templates, logos, course materials, and other proprietary content hosted on this platform belong exclusively to Cantikwall Academy or its licensors. This content represents premium industry expertise and is fully protected under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987 as well as international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, downloading, modification, screen-recording, public sharing, or commercial utilization of any kind is strictly prohibited and constitutes a legal infringement, which will be dealt with to the full extent of the law.

Payments must be completed in full through our approved secure payment channels before any course or platform access is granted. For subscription-based plans, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you explicitly cancel your subscription through your user portal dashboard before the next scheduled billing date. To maintain fairness and operational transparency, all transactions, recurring billing cycles, and cancellation requests are governed strictly by our separate Refund Policy, which we encourage you to review before making a purchase.

Cantikwall Academy is strictly an educational and information-sharing platform. All insights, courses, templates, and guidelines provided are derived from practical field experience and the professional backgrounds of our instructors, including qualified architectural designers, interior designers, and engineers. This content is intended to empower you with foundational knowledge and does not constitute formal, legally binding architectural, engineering, construction, or legal advice. Because every site condition, structural requirement, and local authority regulation varies, you must obtain independent professional advice from a registered professional in your local area before making final technical, financial, or structural decisions for your project. We do not guarantee specific renovation, structural, or commercial outcomes, and any reliance on the information provided is done at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Qaridh Group Sdn. Bhd. and Cantikwall Academy shall not be held liable for any property damage, structural issues, or financial losses resulting from your reliance on our educational content. All tutorials and insights are provided strictly for informational purposes, and you are fully responsible for obtaining independent professional advice before execution. Our sole responsibility under these terms, if any, is strictly limited to a maximum liability equivalent to the amount you paid for the specific course or subscription.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform, without prior notice or refund, if we detect any violation of these Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized account sharing, misuse of community platform features, intellectual property infringement, and any activity deemed unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to Cantikwall Academy and its members. Upon termination, your right to use our educational materials and access to our community ceases immediately.

These Terms of Use, along with all platform policies, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with your use of Cantikwall Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
