Refund Policy

All purchases made on Cantikwall Academy--including course subscriptions, digital content, and downloadable materials--are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once the payment transaction has been successfully processed.

As Cantikwall Academy provides immediate digital access to learning materials, premium video lessons, and online content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for mid-term subscription cycles. Failure to actively use the portal or access the content does not entitle users to a refund. Additionally, accounts terminated due to a violation of our terms (such as unauthorized sharing of login credentials or screen-recording) are strictly ineligible for any refund or credit.

If you believe you subscribed to the wrong plan, were charged incorrectly, or made an accidental duplicate payment, please contact our support team immediately at sales@cantikwall.com. We will thoroughly review your billing history and payment transaction logs to assist you where appropriate. Please note that we are not liable for any bank handling charges or currency conversion fees incurred during this review.

To submit a valid refund request regarding verified system billing errors or duplicate charges, please email sales@cantikwall.com within seven (7) business days of the transaction. You must explicitly provide:

• Your full name and registered academy email address
• Your official order or payment transaction number
• A copy of your transaction receipt or bank statement
• A detailed explanation of the billing anomaly or technical issue

While refunds are generally not provided for our digital products, Cantikwall Academy reserves the absolute right to evaluate exceptional cases related to major system billing errors or duplicate charges at our sole discretion. Any individual adjustment or reversal granted in these rare instances does not constitute a waiver of our general non-refundable policy for future renewals or purchases.

Cantikwall Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect updates in our digital services, pricing structures, or prevailing statutory requirements. Any revised policy will take effect immediately upon being published on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
